Does anyone want to guess what this tool does?

I'm guessing its for cutting open skulls
But nowadays they use a sagital saw something we'd all recognise as an oscillating saw like the "feins"

here is a harder one to guess.

it was not made for shaving your beard

for comparison this is what one for shaving your beard looks like

(unless its a wedge then its a triangle shape rather than flat on one side)

My mrs got the first one straight away she's got 3 at work. Mind you she's been cutting , sizing and streching rings for 25 yrs . She's got other tools that check the size of ring and one that you slide your ring onto.
