Hi,

the quick answer is yes all SWA cables must be earthed via the gland and co-joined banjo and any spare cores must be earthed to prevent potential voltage appearing.

Thanks for all the replies, what I was really after though was a regulation number, I'm aware of the need to earth the SWA, unfortunatley, not everybody agrees with me:rolleyes:
