I have this Adee Fusadee lightning arrestor in my electrical cupboard, the area I’m in is prone to thunderstorms from spring to autumn so it is needed. However it is missing the 5th fuse in the controller, it’s been like that since we moved in last year. The 4 fuses on the 3 phases and the neutral are all still good but I would like to know if it really needs that final fuse. These fuses are about €150-200 each so if I don’t need it, my wallet will be happy. Thanks in advance.

TL;DR
Does the arrestor need the 5th fuse in the controller to work
