you can buy the cowel thingy seperatly If memory serves me right itd something like "Dust Elimination Tool" I got one from CEF Slow speed on drill new holesaw dont put to much pressure on it
The lighting control, wiring to control boxes and speaker cables ( mind run these well away from mains as interferance WILL happen if run to close ) probably wont be simple allow extra time for this Had a jod few tears ago client speced Wandsworth flat plate fittings we had to fit 35mm back boxes due to ammount of the fitting behind it (allow for extra chasing and cutting out the boxes and PRAY its not black brick or dry old mortar that cant be chased without wall falling to bits ( Ts N Cs to cover this)

The link you put up seems an expensive place to buy gear, sure you could better them prices ... tool station , Sfix or a local whole salers, or is that make specified ?

Ste

Make was only one could find that cheaper white powder coat flat plate, BUT with WHITE rockers, all cheap ones i found were silver or chrome rockers......any links appriciated

Have a look at toolstation they have two adjustable hole saws which also have a cowel to catch the dust, have used one for years. Plus they come with different blades for different materials. Just done a job and it didnt damage any of the other lathe ceiling as it can be a bit fragile in older propertys. Plus they save you getting a face full of dust and soot.

Dust dont matter so much as not occupied BUT i would prefer much less on AND in my eyes nose mouth etc etc

i just use one of these........
