I've been let down by an electrician who was going to do some work on Saturday (9 Nov 2013). A domestic installation (2 bedroom house) has been found with low insulation - but I don't know which circuit(s).
Need to re-test with circuits separated, do some investigation to see if the fault can be found (hopefully with the minimum of rewiring), and repair or re-wire as necessary.
I need the initial test and investigation as soon as possible, and remedial work following soon after. At the end I will need a satisfactory EICR. I know a new CU will be needed at least.
