found in the plumber's toolbag at break time.

he was escorted off site before he'd finished his butties

Ever had that sinking feeling when you screw the floor back down, lay the carpets, clean up then can't find your van key?

Talking of losing things, why is it when you can't find something, you keep going back to where you last left them, even though you've already looked there 10 times

I'd an 8M tape go missing years back when still an apprentice, it was nothing special, got in the Saturday market, but a couple weeks later the apprentice joiner on a couple of sites we did happened to turn up with the same one as me.
I suspected it was mine, and then I realised that is mine, so I called him on it in front of all the sparks and joiners, reeled it out to full extension and there was my name written in black marker pen :D

That just goes to show, you give someone an inch and they'll take 8 metres.

partly. thre's also a wiha screwdriver kit, fluke socket tester, and a head torch.all found in another plumber's van. said plumber ended up with a broken nose.
Self inflicted injury then, his own fault your honor, he just ran into my fist, sorry hand.
