Can anybody recommend mains Double Insulated Down Lights?

Think the CEF have cheap own brand LED downlights for £8:50 +VAT that i put in the otherday for someone were also double Insulted.

^^ Budget job brought by the builder as plumber put his copper pipes above the DL run and ceiling height was reduced.
They weren't that bad to be honest, this was the one.

The bigger one they do was the interchangeable beezel is also Double Insulated.

Isn't it the driver that needs to be double insulated, Guessing no CPC in lighting circuit, as the feed from driver to fitting is 12/24V.

Most I've seen are double insulated.

To maintain cpc continuity, purely a loop in loop out function. The specs state double insulated.
