i want to run a new 6mm cable from my kitchen to c.u in garage thinkin of going thru wall in kitchen along outside wall in trunking and back thru wall to garage would meen alot of mess if ran internal can anyone see a problem doing this method

A lot of people walk out in front of moving cars, it doesn't mean it's correct. There are recommendations about Kw ratings and dedicated circuits. That's stuff that electricians know and the layman does not.
