I know it's not the same but I hate it when there's nowhere to park at a customers, I always look on Google then if it's going to be a pain I'll just turn it down.

I would suggest any pictures you take are time / date stamped have seen it before where the council fix the problem so any appeal fails because the evidence has gone

There was a guy on the TV a while ago who made a point of getting a ticket then appealing it on the grounds the lines were incomplete didn't have a bar at the end etc
