Does anyone know of down lights that are quite shallow as i have only 4" including the depth of the plasterboard. I will be using LED lamps so heat is not an issue?

if using non fire rated MUST fit hoods if in ground floor kitchen regardless of lamps used

Its nothing to do with insulation, lamps regs books etc.
Youve broken the fire barrier of the ceiling.
