Hello folks,

Im considering sending of for my DSB certification, Im qualified 2 years now which is apparently the minimum to be considered the thing is I have only worked for around 12 months in the last 2 years due to unemployment, does anyone have any advise on what would be best done in this situation? I was working with an Irish fella in australia last year that had just come from Norway and he reckons that there will be alot of work for sparks out there in 2012.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks Stevie.

I have got the dsb cert, they wanted references for 2 years after my apprenticeship. I got refused the first time I applied for it due to not havin enough referenced time. Ive been applying to loads of agencies for onshore work in Norway but haven't got any good feedback yet.

There strict about the 2 years you will have to have written proof of the 2 years , I got refused because I was a month or 2 shy at time of application but by the time my application was processed I was eligible but refused
