Dual fuel towel rail heating element The instructions with the new dual fuel towel rail we've had installed are in very bad English and, anyway, are pretty short!
Any chance of a couple of quick questions?
1. Do we have turn down the central heating control on the radiator when the electric element is on? Obviously, we wouldn't choose to run the central heating AND have the electric element on but mistakes can happen - is it dangerous?
2. Does anyone have better instructions for this type (picture of control display attached) please?

Thank you.
