Hi trying to get some answers for my mate he is on a job in manchester and rings me up saying he has put a new board in. Ring mains sockets, cooker, shower, run to garage all fine but the lighting circuit is kicking out a Zs of 16ohms indicating an earth fault now I am rapped up in my own stuff but I said possible loose connection, broken cable or dodgy connected junction box somewhere anyone else shed some light of possibilities?

System is TNS and main earthing is all fine and in place.

The supply cable on lighting circuit from the main board to first lighting point has been replaced things are fine! also all the connections at ceiling roses and lighting points have been checked and tighten found a few points were the green/yellow sleeving was in terminals.
