Earth leakage

We have measured 50mA earth leakage from an oven.but during we touch the metal surface we do not receive shock how?

Also the oven is RCD protected and it does not operate.RCD is tested an work well.

The rcd is a concern if not operational but it could be your readings are inaccurate

If its even on the rcd

Between lines and neutral.its 3 phase.we have measured with earth leakage clamp meter.the best think is,we did with 2 differen clamp meter but we obtained the same results.

Yes i clamped all lives.RCD has been tested for disconnection time.also the functional test button.

I presume it's a dedicated rcd that's not being blinded by another appliance fault ?

Which one though? Some cheaper ones are incredibly inaccurate
