when asked for external earth return path for a TT system is it
General mass of earth
Supply earth electrode

For TN-C-S system is it
supply PEN conductor

for TN-S
supply protective conductor

my notes say tt earthed through own electrode thats alli got.Unless you also say groung to substation earth electrode.

2 general mass of earth
3 supplier earth electrode

the question asks earth path external to installation so it cant be number1 as belongs to installation

i also have one that says earth fault path extaernal to istallation
and tutor at college says
