Your swa is compromised, by all means TT the system. As long as full RCD protection is installed. But as E54 has said the cable has been damaged. It's not gona be long before your back here asking what to do with a Phase to earth fault... Find out why the swa failed and work from there.. TT ing the system is a half assed way of getting out of doing the job proper
