Hi All

Does anyone know where i can download a test cert so that EDF will connect a new mains and meter.

cheers

Just had the same problem with edf. They won't come out and connect the new meter without a full part p electrical installation certificate!!!
Er how do i complete it without any power in the first place, PFC / Ze / Zs / RCD etc or am i missing something!

all they want to see is that all dead tests have been done and comply. obviously you cant do live tests and issue a complete certificate without power ;)
