Can anypone e-mail post post link to an EDF FiT application form. Got a job needed tomorrow but the robot at EDF says will only post and should be with you in 3 working days. Talk about trying to detract people from signing up with them. Works I suppose.
Thanks

Hi powervan
Can you send me a copy of edf fit application form as I am too having major problems!!!
I am new to this site and not sure how to pm ha

EDF seem to have decided to be very picky at the moment.

I have just spoke to a customer who sent a receipt in rather than an invoice and they would not accept it. This has never been an issue before.

They have also just changed everybodies account numbers so please ensure that you send the application with your NEW account number rather than your old account number.

Seems to have got a lot worse than in thread 45354 then.

I thought the Big Six were obliged to offer FITs to anyone, but both the EdF and Scottish Power forms seem to require you not to be a customer of one of the others, so how do you go about it?

The Big 6 are only obliged to offer FiTs to their own customers. They can offer to non-customers if they want to - but they don't have to. They also have to offer to anyone off-grid.

Any of the smaller companies who elect to offer FiTs must then offer to their own customers with up to 50kW systems.

Anything else is not mandatory.

I might have missed something in my rapidly approaching booze coma, but I am a bit mystified by the endless requests on this forum for a specific file or form. If users wish to share a form of similar on the forum, then this can be done through the "go advanced" option at the bottom of the window when you write your post. In advanced mode you can attach a file to your post by clicking on ther paperclip icon and browsing to the file location on your hard drive. That way everyone will be able to access it without being swamped by millions of PMs.
