A lot of people seem to think the term 'skilled' only refers to qualified electricians.
It doesn't.
It refers to someone who has technical knowledge or sufficient experience in order to avoid the dangers that electricity presents.
An instructed person is someone who is either advised or supervised, by a skilled person.
When using socket-outlets, that basically means that they know not to plug in equipment with damaged flexes, loose plugs, etc.
With cables concealled in walls, that means they know enough not to bang nails or screws into the prescribed zones, without first ascertaining they are not going to pierce any concealled cables.
 
Thanks spin that does makes sense but as others say its a grey area, I think I will stick to my c3 as I won't cost him any remedials and I have at least covered by backside a little, think I will clarify with Nic see what their version is
