EICR CODE too close to pipes

What is the right code for:

a) central heating pipes running directly below a socket (left to right). Could heat from the pipes slightly warm the socket and possibly warm a flex cord of a plugged in appliance if it touches the pipe?

Would lagging the pipes solve this?

b) electric cable crossing under 22mm gas pipe on wall. (less than 25mm distance).

One reason for the min 25mm distance is to avoid damage to cables if work is done on the pipes (e.g. blow torch). But this would not be immediately dangerous. Is there another reason for needing a gap for a cold pipe?

I don't think 40mm is close enough for heat from pipes to affect the sockets but the power cord from the fcu is touching one pipe.

So, opinion on code? I think C3 unless the heat could damage the power cord?

One answer might be to box in those pipes but it still might be an issue with the power cord from a plug being bent too much at the bottom where plugged in over the boxed part.

I always mark things like this such as a socket right next to radiator etc as a c3 referencing the schedules 5.19 suitability of accessories for external influences

And things like cable touching pipes etc as c3 5.2 cables correctly supported throughout their run.

That way you're not saying its dangerous and needs changing right away but if anything were to happen you've covered your ---.
