All pipe work in the bathroom is not cross bonded and the no rcd protection to all circuits within the bathroom would you say this warrants a C2?

I saw am EICR on a job the other week, only done a few weeks ago.... The spark was still using code 4's

I have seen that, though the inspector had told me it was at the clients request as their maintenance systems in place were set up for the C1-C4 system.
Not sure on how this would fare in a court of law, as it obviously contravenes a NON statutory document.

'Grommets' - there is no requirement for them, so why say there is? If there is damage to the cable on entry to the box, then it is different, but you cannot say 'no grommets' without stating why, and what Reg.

Toilet light off RFC? Only a problem if the cable cannot carry the current, but if only one luminaire, then maybe 433.3.1 will apply anyway?

As the cable itself has had the cpc cut off at both ends I would enter a C3 as it doesn't offer any protection within the cable if accidentally...
