So much wrong with this:

• How can the job be described as "entry level" ?
• The recruiting company has only ever filed statements of being dormant (non trading)
• IMO Gumtree should not be able to advertise jobs as "Cash in Hand". Possibly the classification should be renamed "Self employed" or similar, i.e. the actual method of payment is immaterial be that cash, cheque, card, whatever - the responsibility of the self employed person to accurately account for it remains the same.
