The OP obviously didn't realise my crystal ball was in for calibration so I guessed and got it wrong, unfortunately he'd already taken my guess as correct and lifted the boards in bedroom three to have a look when the fault was actually a plastered over choc block behind the cooker, hence the dislike.I don’t know why you got a dislike for that - it was the first answer that came into my head as well.
