EICR on installations with multiple distribution boards

Am confused by the two 'types' of EICR - i.e. for either single or multiple distribution boards
Section N is confusing me the most - the 'single' version asks about supply details but the 'multiple' one doesn't :thinking:
Am I right in thinking that you use the 'single' form(s) for the first (main) distribution board and then the 'multiple' form(s) for the sub-boards? In other words, you stitch together a complete document from whichever bits are appropriate? Don't have the BGB yet, so only info I have is what I can glean from Tester Steve's (excellent, I might add) PDF versions of the EICR.

Our information is that up to 100A supply it is OK to use single version, over 100A, who knows???

Complete the Multiple Board cert for the first (usually the main dis board) and then seperate continuation sheets for each other board or boards. HTH.

I am confused by the bit in BS7671:2011 at the top of the Condition Report Inspection Schedule which reads that it is for premises with "up to 100A supply".

Do we have to wait for ammendment 2 before we inspect premises with a larger supply?
