Where do we stand with an EICR and a split consumer unit. Obviously some circuits do not have RCD protection. Is this a code 3 as nothing is being added to the circuits. Clients aren't happy that they have a relatively modern consumer unit and they have to spend some of their hard earned money on either a replacement consumer unit or for installing rcbos.
 
As part of the model forms in 7671 there is a page of guidance for persons carrying out periodic inspection and issuing the EICR
It specifically deals with which code should be applied for situations where RCD protection is not fitted.
