inspectors rule #1

never price up a pir / eicr on the basis that more profitable follow up work will counter balance a cheap inspection.
it should be priced as a stand alone job with no further expectations or conflict of interests.

so dont bother trying to match the competition , as the winning quotee may end up wishing they'd up they'd not gone so low....

dont drop your price. if they dont want to pay for a proper EICR why would you want the remedials, they might not pay then either and you have possibly done all the leg work for cheap.

£4 a circuit is a true joke.
