Hi there, I feel this is a bit of a daft question but, we've received a batch of EICRs that are due in June. Apart from one landlord that asked for the test to be as close to the expiry as possible, no-one else has said anything.

I've been helping my "nephew" for the last few years so I suppose the expiry dates are popping up now. What's best practise? Is a month too close?
