Spoke to elecsa yesterday and they said there is no April 6th deadline so I will definitely join them when I have some work to be assessed also they only look at one job niceic want 2.

Why would they not? You are asking them to come out and assess your work, to say whether or not you are competent. If you only pay when succesful, who would pay their time etc if you failed?
