Npt sure what you mean by " I opened the Circuit breaker on my Heater" Stewyy, not having much experience of Canadian stuff certainly looks like you could use some pro help, maybe one of our Canadian Members can help.I opened the circuit breaker to my 240vac electric heater.
It still makes a “click” noise every so often like it’s trying to turn on.
No heat come out.
There is no thermostat.
I’m confused. Help resolving this issue would be greattt.. thanks

I should’ve added that I turned it off a few days ago. If it’s an internal stat im assuming its most likely battery powered? Wouldn’t it be weird though because there isn’t a knob or anything to adjust the stat? Thanks for the helpInternal 'stat operating?
...or is it just cooling down?.....contraction due to heat loss.
Makes sense! Issue resolved. ThanksIt'll just the bi metallic thermostat opening or closing when the temperature hits its switch on temp.
