Dimplex Q rad for quality and creda tpr if more on a budget. With the creda you would have to buy the optional extra built in programmer.

Haverland rc range pretty good as well really easy to fit

Bit late but I've fitted multiple Creda Rads, purchased from screwfix, as Lee said the programmer is extra, but they are decent heaters, very easy to install. About efficient though, efficiency really has no place when talking about electric radiators. A 1KW Heater puts out Approx 1KW of heat....
