Electric hob/oven range was installed years ago, runs on 2 x B32 MCBs to 'House' (sub)consumer panel, runs to oven on 2 x T&E.

Kitchen is being remodelled. Would like to run cable direct from range to 'Plant Room' (main)consumer panel.

Need advice on cable purchase please.

1 x SWA with 4 cores?
2 x T&E?
1 x Quad&E?

Note:
Main consumer panel is located in 'plant room' (adjacent to house) per DNO requirements for GSHP. (SSE change of supply in 2021).
'House' consumer panel is connected to 'Plant Room' consumer panel using SWA cable.

Notes from range installer from years ago:
There is a requirement for an electrician to fit two 13 amp fused spurs. Each of the spurs must come off the ring main and not another spur, or have their own separate supply from the consumer box. This could be a split 30 amp supply.
The hob spur will be rated at 2.8Kw and the oven spur will be rated at 2.35Kw.

Check the clearance between the back panel and/or terminal cover that you've removed. Look for small burn marks.
