found new boiler wired in flex, no 10mm earth, no rcd, no carbon detector and no test certificate plumber says its fine ha help any regulations please thanks

hi new boiler was installed in new location wired in flex from distrabution board not suitable fixed wiringNot necessarily correct,10mm earth 17th edition ammendmentNever been a requirement to earth a boiler in 10mm and isnt now.If you are referring to bonding then that is a different matter, but only an external boiler bringing in extraneous conductive parts is likely to require main bonding of associated pipework,RCD is 17th regs unless in conduit or trunking or 50mm deep in wall or floorUtter tripe,if you dont know the regulations then dont quote myths, carbon is brittish building regulation and testing is required under 17th regs for all new instalations correctif any one remember the regs numbers please thanks
Can we have some pictures of the installation?....might help to sort the wheat from the chaff.Still not clear if the flex is buried?
