Hi im new and learning the electrical and would just like a bit of help with electrical testing, ie what test instrument tests what and why
any information would be a big help

Failing you not wanting to purchase GN3, There is already some excellent threads on here detailing everything from start to finish.. Cant see anyone sitting here typing everything out again

on amazon there is a good book/guide to electrical testing great help when learning and just to refresh the memory

Before trying to understand how or what is used to test,learn the fundamentals of what it is that requires to be tested

Do the electrical theory and get an understanding, then the instruments used for testing will become all revealing,it will emerge like devine inspiration

Inspection and testing? All you need is LED Zs tester,liveried up van and a national oversized-heads ad campaign. (Knowledge of flammable wind optional...)
