Try a local man with a van sales men, you can get some good deals

klien cutters are a great job for the bigger cables and for stripping 1.5mm + 2.5mm.very expensive though £40 after vat.

Knipex every time - I buy all mine new on ebay for less than half the price of budget cutters.
