2.8 to the ridge, 2.4 at the wall plate
Hope you got planning permission for that!:D
I spend more time in my shed than the house. Its warmer and smells of wood! Be interesting to see others sheds? Jeez I've just realised how sad this is and I'm still posting it! I used to get drunk and meet lots of ladies, now I play scrabble with my mates and put pictures of my shed on the internet!!
Any way that it not a real shed, you can see the floor!
Mine does not have quite so much room!

Don't need it lol a single structure can be 4.3 to the ridge and it's Woden so classed as a temporary structure

Now that's good to know! Or is that only local to you? I'll have to check with Manc Council.
I want rebuild and enlarge my derelict garage.
Fully fit it out as, essentially, an extra habitable room. So I can get my Pinballs in, part games room, part workshop.

Talking of Fake beer ..... My intention is to gulp as many Worthingtons down as I possibly can in an hour ...

You seriously need to stop drinking that cr*p! Lucky Ive got a heart of gold, give me your address and I'll send you a few pints of Brains best bitter to savour .... :D

Detached from the house, no more than 30m2 floor area, and ridge no higher than 4.3 for a garage, any construction material is fine on a garage

Sorry just a mild joke, 2.5m is the overall height limit if within 2m of the property boundary, but 4m if further in and I thought it would be near the fence.
I was also slightly joking about the 50% of the house size limit for that monstrosity (I am just about to have a new 10x7 shed which now seems rather small:sad3:)

Thought I was wrong for a minute there, (You know I only ever made one mistake, once I thought I was wrong, it turned out I was right!:aureola:)

Covenants on the land will over ride local planning.

Where we live any structure in the garden, of any size, requires planning permission!

Oh god, don't mention restrictive covenants to me, you're taking me back to Land Law lectures. Never been so bored in my life. I used to download the lectures as MP3s and play them on my regular 1hr car journey to pick up my kids. My son still hasn't forgiven me for subjecting him to an hour lecture on restrictive covenants in unregistered land.

Talking of Fake beer, I am at Kingsholm this Saturday to watch Gloucester v Bath, it is a sell out crowd and will be there 2 hours before kick off to ensure I get a good place in the Shed, My intention is to gulp as many Worthingtons down as I possibly can in an hour before taking My place at Gods home town of rugby Union, If we win I may have a few more after, ah happy days lol
I would normally say "good luck to you " but not this time have a good day
