Electricity at work regs

For the record mate, its The Electricity at Work Act 1989. Its an act because it was passed by Parliament. Its little things like getting wording wrong that fails exams mate; if indeed you are still at school. Good Luck.

Well you had me second guessing myself there millwall ken...lol. I`m not in school mate, i`m just arming myself with the neccessary docs required for my NIC domestic installers assesment. Steve:smile5:

your are correct in stating it is an act,
as it is a statutory law, and must be adhered to succintly.
as opposed to 7671 which is simply a reg, and therefore non statutory and does not have to be adhered to.

Ah mate, you won't believe what a knobber I felt, after I read the posts by Spinlondon and Richard in reply to my first post.
As soon as I saw them initials 'EAWR', I just thought to myself 'what a T***.' However in my defence I was trying to play cars with the boy, and was also engaged in an arguement about the Unions on a seperate post. Just goes to show that men can't multi-task.
