Elv lighting

Hi, I am wiring in some elv led lighting. Would like to know if the 12v part of the wiring circuit must conform to same regs as 230v wiring with regard to safe zones. Also is there a required depth if the cable is buried in the wall.

would be a bugger if a nail/screw were to be put through a cable, even if it's a safe voltage. stick to prescribed zones.

Zonal concept will still be preferable to protect the cables from damage, however cables being of SELV and PELV circuit are considered as a protective measure in itself for cables buried less than 50mm depth.

That a really nice information to share with us, this problems are creating many time in every elv led lighting fixing. You can giving also better brand of cables being of SELV and PELV circuit are considered as a protective steps in itself for cables buried less than 50mm depth is really good idea to using it.
