Hi just a quick one, on em exit lights a maintained fitting needs a sw live n perm live but at non maintained is it just a perm live it needs to charge batt, brain gone dead

yes thats right. you don't need a switch live for non maintained just a perm live to trickle charge the battery, but maintained will need a switch live so it can be switched on and off with the lights
