emergency lights not coming on when breaker is switched off, are these wired just for use as normal lights rather than emergency??? Sorry not done much emergency lights before

The p/cell switch is not overriding the photocell it's isolating it.

So perm wants to go to emergency module?

Then how does non maintained and maintained work? How you configure for each

The switch live to the lamp and perm live to the module..
To configure between 2 types you would just link out the sw & perm live.
But your set up doesn’t work like that

So perm to mod switch to lamp will that work as non maintained but illuminate when power fails

This was set up they had, can anyone configure the wiring I’ll have a go just so I understand a bit more also they had black with brown sleeving as perm and brown was switch
