if a servo driver has a amp rating of 9.5 amp single phase 240V and peak current at 30amp
what amp rating should be chosen for a emi power/line filter? thank you.

If the servos are close together you can use a single EMI filter. If further apart then it is an occasion where the likes of CY cable (copper braid shield) is useful to contain noise before it is filtered, but it has to be properly earthed using the correct glands to be effective.

Generally speaking an EMI filter would be need to be rated at max continuous load, and for something where the load is not fixed the safest option is to be rated at the supply OCPD (so >= 13A if 13A fuse, or >= 16A if 16A MCB, etc)

cant i just buy 4 of those good quality tdk lambda filters for each servo and bolt themsecurley to panel to get brilliant grounding.?

Yes, if drives and filters can be grounded to a metal base plate you will get the best results.

Some drives also specify screened cables to the motor though as the output waveform can be very full of HF noise, so check for that.

Guys RSEN"2030D but they are from US and the postage will be pretty big. I have been told these TDK emi filters are very good.
Anyone can receommend some emi filters than will 100% be good as tdk ones,
