Emojies not working

I can't put an emoji in the post. I click on them and nothing happens.
Anyone else having problems with them?

Ok, I tried to take a screen shot and paste it into the post, to show the emoji tool bar I'm using. I can no longer paste screen shots in as well.

last time i put an emoji in the post, it was accompanied by a CCJ and sent recorded delivery to a customer who was taking the pi$$ and refusing to pay.
