so is the general thought fit the gu10's? Just had no idea about this part L crap until today have no idea how forcefull building control can be in regards to making you have low energy fittings
 
In the end i went for http://www.fastlec.co.uk/jcc-fireguard-15w-matrix-low-energy-downlight-p-6503.html didnt pay anywhere near that price but a very good unit with excellent light, went back to the pub later in the evening for further inspection and found they had one in the entrance lobby. Quite impressed with the unit alot larger than gu10 style downlights but perfect for what i needed. Also fully part L compliant as you can only fit energy savings lamps.
