EON sign up letter on old install?

Just received a letter from EON headed "Getting more from your generation" which basically duplicates the acceptance letter that we returned post October when we were installed and we have had FIT payments since then.
Has this also got to be signed and returned or is it an automated letter sent out possibly due to the new payment system they have installed?
