Hi
Having a bit of a dilemma on a installation done in Early Nov.
We have installed 3 different systems over a 2 year period on agricultural buildings. Having used the same Non EPC letter for the first two installs, we used it again on the third. Because the customer has moved electricity suppliers British Gas wouldn't process the third. So off we went to EON, they said that it was BG responsivity to accept the third because of the previous two.
Having excepted there mistake BG have know said that all applications are to receive the lower rate due to the farm house being connected to the farm buildings.
I didn't know that the house was off the 3 phase supply and the EPC assessor didn't ask the question.
Why would I have an domestic EPC issued on a commercial installation.
Any ideas
thanks
