Sorry for the slow reply Matty Farmhouse was a Band F (33) and the DEA was unable to input an existing 10Kw wind turbine into the equation as well which must help

Small world. There is a discussion on energy assessor forum about a band F property with a 10kW wind turbine and a 44kW PV system.

What does the property score with 3, 10kW PV systems added?

Thats the problem the DEA we used was unable to input any additional pv for some reason or the existing wind turbine.

He has been in touch with his scheme administrators who can not advise him how to either

Best he could do would be enter 3, 10 kW PV systems and have plenty of notes on his site notes. Stating the for some reason the BRE has seen fit to limit PV systems to a maximum 10kW in RdSAP.

There is an issue with the SAP rules when it comes to PV and that is if the system is on a building other than building being surveyed and that other building uses some of the energy generated then the PV can't be included on the EPC. But if all the energy is sent to the house and then excess to the grid it can be included. Seems a bit mad really.
