Equipment in Dusty Environments

Hello All

A factory we work for has had an ATEX survey completed, basically a risk assesment for Dust Explosions.

It states that all lighting and motors should be T3 rated. Can anyone tell me what this is? I've phoned two lighting manufacturers up and they had no idea.

Also, all storage areas of the site are Classed as Zone 22. Can anyone tell me what equipment can be installed in these areas? Is it a simple case of installing dust proof enclosures and fittings or is there more to it?

Thanks
