err 4 on fluke tester

Hi i did a loop test before and on my fluke tester is displayed err 4 anyone any ideas what this means?

Hi.

ERR 4 means the fault voltage tolerance has been exceeded, usually caused by testing with kit still plugged in.

You can alter the threshold, not sure how as I dont have one. It should say in the manual.

Meggers have the same problem.
