EU wants to increase VAT rate on Solar to 20%

Hold up guys, Can't find the link but have read since that the EU have basically told us of a loophole we can use or something of that nature, will try and find it

Found it using google - EU holds out hope for UK

I did look at the EU VAT regs when this thread was first posted, and wondered if the social policy exemption could (arguably) be applied...
