EV Charging Point TNCS?

Hi All

Sorry I know this may seem like a tedious question, but I have to install an EV Charger in an underground car park and the supply is TNCS. I know usually this requires an earth rod or a PME fault detection unit but given this application would the same rules apply?

so where is the rod going it to in the under ground car park .

If it’s inside an indoor underground car park it can share its earthing arrangement with current.

edit: current earthing arrangement. not current as in electron flow, or indeed the dried fruit variety.
