Ex military - retrained as a Domestic Installer(for now!)

Hi all,

Just saying hello

I'm ex military (16yrs service, booya!), recently completed the TradeSkills4U Domestic Installer course (18th ed).

Live in Dorset (just north of Bournemouth), and already getting useful info from this forum, so thanks!

I'm sure I'll have questions, and I'm sure the helpful lot who frequent these boards will have lots of useful advice.

Taff was Royal Signals.
Knew a Padraigan, but we called her Pogs.
No Jock, though there was a JB (Johnny Bulls**t).

My cousins husband was in the RAF Regiment back in NI 30 years ago.

My Mother and Uncles where in 305 back in the 40's.

@Darren Evans Welcome - exRAF myself, make the most of the real world experience, it's all a little different to the Forces. Always do a quality job (at your price) and don't never compete with cowboys (they will always do it cheaper).
